Patrick and Sinan are two Dutchmen who have been living in Málaga since 2020. They are passionate about real estate, architecture, and interior design. They have traveled the world and know what tourists want in a vacation rental. They are friendly and open to answering questions about themselves or their rentals.
In the past 15 years, they have bought and renovated various homes together. They are committed to sustainability and have built or renovated their rentals with that in mind. They are accustomed to luxury and know what it takes to create a truly special place to stay. They have a hands-on mentality and have been heavily involved in all of their renovations.
Our Story
They shared a love of travel and adventure, and they often talked about their dream of living in a sunny climate. In 2020, they decided to make their dream a reality and moved from Amsterdam, The Netherlands to Málaga, Spain.
They quickly fell in love with the city and its surrounding area. They were inspired by the beauty of the Mediterranean coast and the rich history of Andalucía. They also saw an opportunity to start a business in the booming tourism industry.
